Description:
Unable to unlock in Gnome the following things:
network-admin
services
Users and Groups

Starting the applications as root is no use, all the entries are grey and are not editable.
In /var/log/messages are no error messages.
This task depends upon

Executing network-admin via konsole, i get this message:
CRITICAL **: Cannot create session bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

My system is up2date (NO testing)

try "dbus-launch network-admin"

Rebuild system-backend-tools from abs did the trick.
