Description: Replace rb_libtorrent and libtorrent-rasterbar with rb_libtorrent-svn

Additional info:
* They seem to have problems with boost 1.36.0, and can't be linked against them.
* Perhaps 2 packages (rb_libtorrent and libtorrent-rasterbar) if different configure-options are needed for some deps

Steps to reproduce:

Try compiling btg-svn from AUR (the btg doesn't work)

I've discussed that with libtorrent's crew (on IRC) and it appeared that moving temporarly to subversion was the right thing to do.
boost people failed like *** here: they could have kept the symbols, marked as deprecated... This includes functions renaming!!
I will take care of this ASAP, but I have a lot of work this week so I might not manage to do this before Friday (exams to pass, school projects to be done, and subventions to attribute).

If anyone else is willing to help, be sure updating any of my packages is completely fine with me.

BTW, please update qbittorrent too if possible!
