Description: trying to install apmd on a system with pm-utils already installed:

# pacman -Qo /usr/bin/on_ac_power
/usr/bin/on_ac_power is owned by pm-utils 1.2.2.1-1

Both packages claim to have no conflicts.

apmd will be deleted soon so this is not an issues anymore then
