Reason for closing:  Upstream
Additional comments about closing:  Please complain upstream for closed drivers. We can't provide working binary drivers if upstream doesn't build them.

There's three options for you:
- switch to xf86-video-nv
- downgrade xorg-server to the extra release
- buy a different videocard that doesn't need non-free drivers.

Nvidia only supports xorg-server 1.4.99.x in their latest driver, the legacy drivers don't support it.

OK - thank you for that info. :-)

Maybe there should be a conflict added to the PKGBUILD ?

Hey people.

I am also seeing this. It used to work well. Did the new Xorg break things ?
